The C.R. Neal Dream center is a beautifully renovated 33,000 square foot multipurpose building perfect for a variety of community activities.  Thanks to the generous donations of the membership of the Bible Way Church of Atlas Road and many local businesses, the building transformed from a dilapidated and unused building to one now being used 7 days each week by hundreds of children, youth and adults.  The building is named for Rev. C. R. Neal who was the principal of the Atlas Road Elementary School for many years.  

The Dream Center serves as home to MCDC and is the primary site for many of the services offered.
