Congaree Pointe
Congaree Pointe™ is envisioned as a new urban development that will serve as a model for similar developments throughout the region. The planning principles are based on village concepts oriented around connecting families and creating a true sense of community. A range of home styles and prices will be offered in this new urban development to appeal to the young adult, active senior and family markets. A model home on site serves as the sales center for the development. Additional model homes will be constructed over through the spring of 2009. These models are available with customizable upgrades that will ensure the uniqueness of each home.
